摘要
释放诱饵是典型弹道导弹中段突防措施之一,对诱饵与真弹头的威胁度进行评估也因此成为导弹防御系统实施拦截的首要前提.考虑弹头与诱饵的位置、速度、RCS及红外辐射强度等目标特性不同,采用模糊隶属函数和G.A.Miller 9级量化理论对弹头与诱饵的威胁属性进行量化,建立了基于离差最大化的导弹中段目标威胁度多属性评估模型,给出了计算实例.计算结果表明,采用此方法能够有效确认威胁度最大的目标,满足弹道中段目标的威胁度评估需要.
Casting baits during the midcourse of ballistic missile is a typical penetration measure, so the proper evaluation of targets' menace becomes the precondition for the interception of missile defense system. Considering the position, velocity, RCS and infrared characters of the warhead and baits in the midcourse of the ballistic missile, the menace in the attributes of warhead and baits are rationed by the fuzzy-subjected functions and G .A. Miller theory. In addition, the multi - attribute evaluation model based of the maximal windage method for the targets' menace is founded, a calculation ease is provided too. The calculation results show that the method can meet the requirement of the evaluation of targets' menace of warheads and baits.
