摘要
皮肤黑素瘤是常见的恶性肿瘤,具有高度侵袭和转移能力。降解细胞外基质是肿瘤侵袭和转移的关键,研究显示,基质金属蛋白酶家族不但介导肿瘤细胞对宿主细胞外基质的降解,还影响肿瘤新生血管生成、影响细胞黏附分子的功能、影响肿瘤细胞和非基质蛋白之间的相互作用,以及调控肿瘤细胞的凋亡等。基质金属蛋白酶和黏附分子,生长因子相互作用,调控肿瘤细胞凋亡和血管形成。
Cutaneous melanoma has strong potential of invasion and metastasis. Degradation of extracellular matrix ( ECM ) is a key event in tumor invasion and metastasis. Numerous studies have shown that matrix metalloproteinases ( MMPs ) family plays an important role in the degradation of ECM. They can not only mediate ECM degradation by tumor cells, but also affect the angiogenesis of tumors, function of cell adhesion molecules, and interaction of non-matrix proteins with tumor cells, and regulate the apoptosis of tumor cells. The interaction of MMPs, cell adhesion moleculars and growth factors may regulate cell apoptosis and angiogenesis of melanoma.
