白血病干细胞起源、分子机制及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 干细胞样白血病细胞或白血病干细胞具有无限增殖潜能,维持着白血病细胞的生长和进展。研究表明正常造血干细胞或定向分化前体细胞可因Bcl-2家族功能获得性突变、Bmil基因突变、Wnt信号通路失调和/或Notch受体异常活化而转化为白血病干细胞。对白血病干细胞发生机制的深入系统研究有助于进一步阐明白血病发生的分子机制,并具有潜在的临床治疗意义。
