发展民营矿业投资对于促进我国矿业以及全国经济的发展具有重要的意义。首先从政策、法律、法规、融资和技术等方面深入分析了目前中国民营矿业投资的现状以及存在的问题,随后提出了相应的对策和建议,希望能引起有关部门的重视。

To develop the investment on non-state mining enterprises is of great importance to the promotion of China ＂s mining industry and the development of the national economy. The paper first analyzes in a deep-going way the status-quo and the existing problems of the investment on China＇s non-state mining enterprises from the aspects of policy, law, regulation, financing and technology, and then puts forward the correspondent countermeasures and suggestions, in a hope to arouse the attention of the related sectors.
