摘要
以低硅尾矿为主要原料,经过加压成型、蒸压养护制成承重标准砖。对影响产品性能的几个重要因素,包括胶凝材料用量、成型压力、物料含水率和养护制度等进行了研究探讨。加入适量粉煤灰-矿渣基激发胶凝材料,提高水化反应速度并生成更多的托贝莫来石和CSH(I)等水化产物,进而提高砖的力学强度。
Low-silicon tailing is used as the main raw material to make the standard load-bearing brick by pressing forming and autoclaving process. The important factors influencing the product performance are investigated, including the dosage of cementing agent, forming pressure, material moisture and curing regime. The addition of alkali-activated slag/fly ash cementing material can increase the hydration reaction to produce more tobermorite and CSH (I) so as to improve the mechanical strength of the brick.
