摘要 根据药芯焊丝生产的工艺要求,确定了轧丝机的控制方案。该系统的关键是主电机速度、给粉速度和收线速度能协调控制,从而保证焊丝的配重比和生产线运行的平稳性。系统中PLC与触摸屏通讯,进行生产线各种参数的设置和工作状态的监控,PLC与变频器之间应用RS485总线通讯,实现主电机速度和给粉机速度的协调控制,保证了焊丝的合格率和高效率。 The paper confirmed the control system to product Line of flux-cored wire based on the product arts and crafts request. The pivotal side of system is that concerted control of the speed about main motor and feed-powder motor. It ensures the dispensatory scale of fluxcored wire and product hne running stably. The parameter can be set and the working state can be controlled by the communication between PLC and touch screen in the system. RS485 field bus is apphed to achieve high-speed communication between PLC and inverters. The communication can realize the concerted control of the speed about main motor between feed-powder motor and acquire ehgible rate and efficiency of flux-cored wire.
