制造业信息化IT规划的研究

Research on IT Planning of Manufacturing Enterprise Informatization

企业信息化建设规划是企业信息化建设的纲领和向导,是信息系统设计和实施的前提和依据,是企业在信息化过程中首先要考虑和解决的问题。本文针对制造业信息化建设过程中存在的难题,结合IT规划的原则策略,搭建企业IT规划的框架模型,提出IT建设远景与差距和企业IT选型的方法,并给出了选型的具体实例。

Informatization planning is not only the guide of Enterprise Informatization, but also the precondition of designing and implementation of system. It is in the first place among the course of enterprise informatization. Facing the problems existing in information construction, an architecture of IT planning was put up according to the strategies of IT planning, and the methods were proposed, which describe the perspective and gaps of IT construction and IT type selection. At last, an example of IT type selection was given.
