In the traditional class of the Survey of English Countries, the teacher often uses the course book, blackboard and the pieces of chalk. It will bring some problems. After introducing the study theory of constructivism, this paper discusses the making of multimedia courseware about the Survey of English Countries by authorware. The multimedia courseware can enrich the contents of the teaching, make the student learn the culture background of English countries concretely and visually. It will be helpful to arouse the interests of the students and increase the efficiency of learning.
