摘要
针对切割过程中镜片外形的变形矫正问题,提出了一种逐点判断求切点的新算法,绕过了确定步长的难题,解决了计算速度与数据精度(割片质量)之间的矛盾;并研究了该算法在电脑全自动割片机中的应用,研究结果表明该算法不仅减小了计算量,而且大大提高了矫正精度,且切割后镜片边缘非常光滑,完全达到了加工精度的要求,是一种切实可行的方法。
According to the distortion rectification of eyeglass contour cutting, a new method of calculating tangential point is presented. It avoids from making sure step and solves the contradictory between speed and precision. The application on Auto-Cutting Saw shows it not only reduces calculation greatly, but also improves precision of rectification. Thus the algorithm is a practicable method to distortion rectification for its high precision and efficiency.
