摘要 针对歼强飞机军械附件设备维修的需要,设计了一种在外场环境下使用的微机检测系统;首先分析了发展歼强飞机军械附件微机检测系统的必要性,根据机载军械附件设备的特点和测试要求,检测系统采用了PC104总线计算机为核心的数据采集与控制系统;然后详细介绍了系统的组成及功能,讨论了程控电源、多路开关以及接口配置等问题的处理方法;使用该系统可在外场对多种机载军械设备进行原位检测,为机务人员提供了有效的维修辅助手段。 According to maintenance necessity of fighter and attack plane's armament accessories, a kind of computer test system which can be used in outfield is designed. This paper first analyses the necessity of developing fighter and attack plane's armament aeeessories's computer-aided test system, according to airborne armament accessories" characteristic and testing request, PC104 bus computer system is adopted. And then the system's parts and functions are introduced in detail, the methods of settling program controlled electricity source, multiplex switches and interface's configuration are discussed. This system can be used to test various type of armament accessories equipment in situ. It offeres effective maintenance assistant means for aircraft crew.
