摘要
探讨微米长木纤维轻质板(MLFB)的原料选配及木纤维加工的关键参数。经试验验证,MLFB板材的物理力学性能达到了日本JISA5908《轻质刨花板》标准,密度最低可达0.276g/cm^3;且密度0.5g/cm^3的MLFB板材的弹性模量及比强度远远高于密度为0.5—0.85g/cm^3的MDF板和刨花板的国家标准。
The key parameters of materials'choice of MLFB and wood micro - fiber processing are discussed. The results show that physical and mechanical properties of MLFB meet with standard JISA5908 《 Light Particleboard》, the lowest density can reach 0. 276g/cm^3. And MOE and specific strength at 0. 5g/cm^3 of MLFB are much higher than those of particleboard and MDF at density 0. 5 ~ 0. 85g/cm^3.
