白骨壤果实作为民间食物原料具有较高的粗淀粉、可溶性总糖、粗纤维含量,而粗蛋白、粗脂肪、果胶含量较低,同时具有一定含量的单宁成分。
As folk food material, the Aviccenia marina fruit has high contents of raw starch, total soluble sugar and raw fiber but low content of raw protein, raw fat and pectin, and has certain tannin.
