摘要
为了对国防科技产业的竞争力水平做出科学、准确的评价,对该产业的特殊性等各种影响因素进行了研究。结合国防科技产业的双重性,建立了国防科技产业竞争力的评价指标体系,并根据该体系运用层次分析法设计了相应的定量评价模型,将体系中的定性和定量指标进行综合,以此来评价国防科技产业竞争力水平,从而为国防科技产业的决策与管理提供依据。通过对企业运用这套模型的评价,证明了这种评价方法具有实用性。
In order to make exact evaluation of competitive power in science and technology industry of national defense, the influential factors, like its particularity, are studied. The system of evaluation indexes of competitive power is established according to the dualism of science and technology industry of national defense. Relevant quantitative evaluation model is also designed according to the system,which uses Analytic Hierarchy Process. The evaluation model has colligated both qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes, in order to evaluate the competitive power level of science and technology industry of national defense. It helps to make decisions and management for science and technology industry of national defense. After evaluating the company with the model, the paper proves the evaluating method practicable.
