摘要
为探索一种制丝工艺水平的自动判定方法,以制造执行系统MES(Manufacturing Executing System)的数据自动采集功能为平台,对各工艺指标的工序能力指数Cp,ki进行运算,并对各工艺指标进行综合加权平均,计算出各工段的综合工序能力指数Cp,k。根据制丝各工段的综合工序能力指数Cp,k,对其工艺水平能力等级进行判定。结果表明,运用该判定方法能客观地反映在过程受控条件下制丝工艺的实际水平,可为制丝工艺的改进提供判定依据。
In order to find a method for estimating the technical level of tobacco primary processing automatically, the process capability of each technical parameter (Cp,ki) was calculated by taking the automatic data collection function of MES as a platform, the general process capability of each processing section (Cp,k) was counted with the weighted average of each technical parameter. The capability of technical level of each processing section was graded based on its Cp,k. The results showed that the practical level of primary processing technology could be reflected objectively with this estimation method while the process was under control, and it offered a basis for estimating the improvement of primary processing technology.
