摘要
关于军事变革的称谓,作者认为称军事转型更科学;复杂性科学对新军事转型的贡献主要表现在掌握高新技术、提供基本概念、培育信息意识和建立系统思维四个方面;科学转型与军事转型是相互促进的;中国也在经历新军事转型。
The paper proposes to name the deep-going changes in the military domain as military transformation. It reviews the contributions from complexity science to the new military transformation, namely a solid grasp of new and high-tech, providing its basic concepts, cultivating information awareness, and the establishment of systems thinking. It also elaborates on the mutual promotion between scientific and military transformations. The author also indicates that China, too, is undergoing such a new military transformation.
