新城疫病毒F48E9株病毒结构蛋白的分析

Analysis of Structral Proteins of Newcastle Disease Virus F48E9 Strain

采用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ、激光扫描技术、ＷｅｓｔｅｒｎＢｌｏｔ和糖蛋白染色方法对新城疫病毒（ＮＤＶ）Ｆ４８Ｅ９株的结构蛋白进行了分析，结果表明，它具有ＮＤＶ的典型结构特征。

Structral protein of Newcastle disease virus(NDV) F48E9 strain were analysed by SDS PAGE,Leaser Scanning,Western blot and Glycoprotein staining.The result indicate that F48E9 strain of NDV have the same features as La Sota and other strains
