鸡舌下神经核运动神经元树突分布和轴突走向——用CB-HRP研究 被引量:1

摘要 用酶标类霍乱原(CB-HRP)注入鸡舌下神经所支配的舌部肌肉和气管部肌肉,用四甲基联苯胺(TMB)成色法进行组织化学显色,在鸡延髓横断面的切片上清晰地观察到被标记的舌下神经核运动神经元的树突分布和轴突走向。发现鸡舌下神经核运动神经元的核外树突向八个方向分布;还发现鸡舌下神经核运动神经元的轴突的走向与哺乳动物的不同。 Chicken lingual and tracheal muscles innervated by hypoglossal nucleus were injected with choleratoxin B subunit B—horseradish peroxidase conjugate (CB HRP).Tetramethyl benzidine (TMB) was used as chromogen to elucidate reaction products histochemically.It was found in transverse section that the dendrites of hypoglossal motoneurons (HM) extend to eight territories of brain stem.The axons of hypoglossal motoneurons extend horizontally form the cell body to the medial,them trun to the ventral and extend ventrolaterally to form the nerve root,the trajectory of axons was different from that in mammals.The axonal trajectory in HM of chicken indicates that there are differences between classes in various specises.
