中国石油企业跨国投资环境评价模型的构建与分析

Building and analysis of a model for assessing the climate for overseas investment by Chinese oil companies

一般的投资环境评价在评价指标的选取上缺乏针对性,模糊综合评价法和主成分分析法本身也存在不足。鉴于此,基于中国石油企业跨国投资的特定目标,选取相应的评价指标体系,构建了中国石油企业跨国投资环境综合评价模型。模型运用模糊综合评价、聚类分析、主成分分析等定量方法进行分析和评价,以增加模型输出结果的客观性和有效性。结合实例分析,模型重点突出了东道国政治、法律环境因素在中国石油企业跨国投资环境评价中的决定性作用。

Many investment climate assessments use irrelevant assessment indicators and deficient fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and principal component analysis methodologies primarily for the assessment. To address the deficiencies, the author builds a model for comprehensive assessment of the climate for overseas investment by Chinese oil companies based upon the relevant assessment indicators. The model employs fuzzy comprehensive assessment, cluster analysis and principal component analysis to increase the objectivity and validity of the result. Combined with a case study, the model highlights the decisive role in the assessment played by the political and legal implications in the host country of the overseas investment by Chinese oil companies.
