摘要
[目的]探讨自我管理训练对癫痫病人自理行为及生活质量的影响。[方法]将112例癫痫病人随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施一般健康教育,研究组进行自我管理训练。1年后采用自理行为问卷(SCBQ)、美国癫痫生活质量量表(QOLIE31)对两组病人进行训练前后康复状态评估。[结果]训练后研究组总有效率(73.21%)明显高于对照组(32.14%),研究组SCBQ、QOLIE31评分也高于对照组。[结论]自我管理训练能提高癫痫病人的自理水平,明显改善病人的生活质量。
Objective：To probe into the influence of self- management training on self-care behaviors and quality of living in epilepsy patients. Method： A total of 112 epilepsy patients were divided into both test and control group randomly. General health education had been provided for control group cases. Patients of test group were offered self- management training. The status quo of rehabilitation of patients of both groups was evaluated before and after the training by adopting self- care behavior questionnaire （SCBQ） and American epilepsy quality of living scale, （QOLIE31）. Result： The total effective rate among test group cases after training （73.21%） is significantly higher than that of control group cases （32.14%）. Scores of both SCBQ and QOLIE31 in test group patients were higher than that of oontrol group cases. Conclusion： Self- management training can promote patients＇ self- care ability and improve quality of living for these patients.
