摘要
对中国长冠叶蝉属Stenatkina的种类进行了系统整理,提出脊大叶蝉属Atkinoida Cai是长冠叶蝉属Stenatkina的新异名,编制了分种检索表,简记了已知种的分布,描述了采自云南盈江的1新种,即白翅长冠叶蝉S.albopennis Yang,sp.nov.,绘制了新种雄性外生殖器构造图,提供了长冠叶蝉属中国所有种类的背观彩色整体照片。研究标本及新种模式标本保存在贵州大学昆虫研究所。
In the present paper, three species （including a new species ） of the genus Stenatkina Young （ Homoptera, Cicadellidae, Cicadellinae ） are rccognizcd. The new species S. albopennis sp. nov. is described and illustrated. A key to species and color photographs of all three species are given. A generic new synonym Atkinoida Cai is proposed. All specimens, including the types of new species, are deposited in the Institute of Entomology, Gnizhou University.

3 Stenatkina albopennis Yang, sp. nov. （Figs. 1-7, 10）
Length incl. tegrn. ： ♂ 8.8 mm, ♀ 10.2-10.8 mm.
This species resembles S. bimaculate Yang et Li, but the former with body longer, a ＂人＂ - shaped vein ridge on crown, the length of crown more than interocular width, and the male aedeagus, paraphysis and the end of style are different.
Holotype ♂ , Tongbiguan （ 24.7° N, 97.9° E ）, Yingjiang County, Yunnan Province, 20 July 2002, coll. by SONG Hong-Yan. Paratypes： 3 ♀♀, same locafity and date as holotype, coil. by YANG Mao-Fa.
