摘要
磁共振胆胰管成像(MRCP)是一种简便、有效的无创性的胆胰管成像方法,目前MRCP不仅可以获得高质量的胆胰管形态学信息,而且愈来愈广泛地应用于功能性的评价。就近年来MRCP技术的进展及临床应用予以综述。
