从租佃制度的视角观察传统中国社会农村土地所有权和使用权之间关系的演进路径,可以见到:土地所有权和使用权之间的关系从不对等到逐渐平等,使用权的作用越来越重要,而且长期的土地使用权对农业生产有着十分重要的促进作用。这也给我国当前土地制度改革提供了历史的借鉴。

The examination of the evolution of land ownership and tenure in China＇s rural area from the perspective of tenancy system indicates that the relationship between land ownership and tenure has progressed from inequality towards equality; the role of tenure is incleasingly distinct; the long-term tenure is a powerful stimulus to agricultural production. Such findings provide reference for the ongoing reform of land system in China.
