摘要
通过采用冷却分离的方法分离异丙醇浸出混合油及消耗的研究,确定异丙醇及混合油浓度、温度对冷却分离上下相的影响,探讨分离过程中上下相组分的变化及对磷脂,游离脂肪酸的富集作用,证明了异丙醇代替正己烷的可行性。
The chill-fractionted extraction technology soy oil with isopropyl alcohol(IPA)was studied and the energy consumtions were compared with the tradition methods so as to decide concentrations of isopropyl alcohol with miscellas and temperature effects on upper and lower phase.The changes of different oil contents and concentration effects of free fatty acid and phospholipid during the process were discussed.The study prove the feasibility of isopropyl alcohol to take the place of n-hexane.
