糖尿病对冠状动脉侧支循环的影响

The Effects of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus on Coronary Collateral Circulation

目的:探讨2型糖尿病对冠状动脉闭塞后侧支循环形成的影响。方法:93例冠状动脉闭塞病变的患者,分为合并糖尿病组(n=44)和非糖尿病组(n=49)。通过冠状动脉造影分析两组冠脉病变的特点,采用侧支动脉记分法评估两组侧支循环的发育。结果:糖尿病组病变血管数较对照组明显增多,钙化病变、弥漫病变、小血管病变也较非糖尿病患者明显增多(P<0.05);糖尿病患者侧支血管记分较对照组显著减低(P<0.01)。结论:2型糖尿病患者侧支循环发育不良,糖尿病妨碍冠脉侧支血管新生。

Objective： To discuss the effects of type 2 diabetes mellitus on coronary collateral circulation in coronary artery disease. MethodS： Ninety-three patients with coronary artery occlusion who underwent coronary angiography were classified into 2 groups which included DM （n=44） and control groups （n=49）. Coronary angiograms were accessed. Collateral circulation was graded according to contina scoring system. Results： The numbers of vasculopathy calcification diffused lesion, and small vessels lesion were higher in DM group than that in non-DM control groap （P 〈 0.05）. The score in DM cas lower then that in control（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Type 2 diabetes mellitus restrains the formation of collateral circulation.
