石杉碱甲改善老年痴呆症的药效学研究

Study on Pharmacodynamics of Alzheimers Disease with Hupzine A

本研究采用跳台法和避暗法观察了三个剂量(13．5、41．0、61．0μg／kg)的石杉碱甲对三种记忆障碍小鼠记忆能力的影响。研究结果表明:石杉碱甲能明显地提高小鼠跳台被动回避反应再现能力和提高避暗反应再现能力。由此可知,石杉碱甲有促进记忆,改善老年痴呆症症状的作用。

In this paper, the effects of mice memory were studied merely by jumping platform experiment and avoiding darkness experiment with three doses respectively as 13.5, 41.0 and 61.0 μg/kg hupzine A. The results showed that hupzine A has the obvious effects on improving both the reappearance ability of passive avoidance and the avoiding darkness response. So hupzine can have the function to promote memory and improvement symptom of Alzheimers disease.
