摘要
从艾比湖流域的环境特点、社会经济基础、目前生态环境情况及地区经济开发前景看,自然资源的合理利用,尤其是水资源的利用与合理分配,是编制区域开发规划的首要问题。所谓合理开发利用是指:发扬优势,改善生态,防止掠夺,永续利用。
According to the characteristics of ecological environment and the prospect of re-sources exploitation of Ebinur drainage basin,We put forward some orientational proposalin this article for rational using the natural resources.Such as:(1)Assuming water supply forindustries, cities and for improving ecological environment.(2)Using relative abundant pre-cipitation of mountain area to rational arrange land utilization.(3)Rational use EbinurLake and lake-side plain.(4)protecting and improving the ecological environment ofEbinur drainage basin.
