HSP70、p53和c-myc在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及与HPV16/18感染的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨热休克蛋白70(heat shock protein 70,HSP70)、抑癌基因p53、原癌基因c-myc在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的关系。方法采用免疫组化技术检测45例宫颈鳞癌、12例宫颈原位癌和20例正常宫颈组织中HSP70、p53、c-myc蛋白的表达,同时采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测HPV16/18的感染情况。结果①宫颈原位癌和宫颈癌中HSP70、p53、c-myc蛋白表达均显著高于正常宫颈组织。②HPV16/18阳性组HSP70表达明显高于HPV16/18阴性组,HPV16/18阴性组p53表达明显高于HPV16/18阳性组,但c-myc表达差异无显著性。结论在HPV感染的应激状态下,HSP70在宫颈鳞癌中过表达,p53则表达降低,c-myc蛋白的表达与HPV感染无相关性。 Objective To explore the expression of HSP70, p53, and c-myc protein and their rela- tionship with infection of HPV16/18 in CIS, cervical cancer(CC) and normal cervical tissues. Methods The expression of HSP70, p53 and e-mye protein was examined by immunohistoehemistry method respectively,and HPV16/18 DNA was tested by PCR. Results ①The expression of HSP70, p53 and e-mye was significantly higher in CIS and CC than in normal cervical tissue. ② The expression of HPS70 in HPV16/18 positive group was higher than that in HPV16/18 negative group. The expression of p53 protein in HPV16/18 negative group was higher than that in HPV16/18 positive group. Howerer,the expression of e-mye had no relation with HPV16/18. Conclusion ①HSP70 is over-expressed in CC, and has positive correlation with HPV infection; p53 has negative correlation with HPV infection; c-myc protein has no relation with HPV infection.
