放射治疗84例非小细胞肺癌临床疗效分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨影响非小细胞肺癌的预后因素。方法对放射治疗的84例非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果临床分期早、适形放射治疗方式、Karnofsky评分大于60、照射剂量大于60 Gy者预后较好。结论多因素分析显示,临床分期、放射治疗方式、Karnofsky评分与预后有关。 Objective To explore the factors influencing the prognosis of NSCLC patients treated with radiotherapy. Methods Eighty-four patients treated with radiotherapy were studied retrospectively. The factors influencing cumulative survival rate were analyzed and compared by the life table method and Cox proportional hazard model. Results The analysis showed that patients with stage Ⅱ ,3DCRT, Karnofsky score ≥60, radiotherapy dose ≥ 60 Gy gave better survival. Conclusion The clinical stage, Karnofsky score and radiotherapy dose are related to survival.
