摘要
采用硼酸锌、有机改性蒙脱土、碳纳米管、有机硅增效可膨胀石墨阻燃体系阻燃玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯,其中有机硅的增效效果最好,碳纳米管其次,添加1%(质量分数,下同)有机硅可使极限氧指数提高3.7%。添加蒙脱土没有形成纳米结构,但仍然能提高材料的阻燃性能。分析了各体系炭层厚度和致密程度,结果表明,增效剂对炭层厚度和致密度的不同作用是增效剂之间存在增效效果差异的原因。有机硅能同时提高炭层的厚度和致密程度,所以其增效作用最好。
The synergistic effect of ZB, OMMT, CNT, and silicone in flame retardant system of PP/GF containing expandable graphite (EG) was studied in this paper. ZB did not improve flame retardancy of the system, while OMMT, CNT, and silicone increased the LOI. The synergistic effects are different, among which silicone is the most useful and CNT is second. Thickness and density of char residue are tested to explain the different effect. The use of silicone increases both thickness and density of char residue, resulting in the most useful effect.
