摘要
采用偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,对聚乳酸与天然植物溶剂橘子油进行自由基聚合,制得发泡材料。实验表明,随着橘子油含量的提高,聚乳酸的力学性能得到了改善。其玻璃化转变温度下降7~8℃,熔融温度向低温方向移动,断裂伸长率提高至240%,拉伸强度由未改性聚乳酸的14.51MPa降低至3.36MPa;结晶度提高至65%;微发泡孔直径约为微米级;降解实验表明改性后的微孔发泡材料仍然具有生物降解性。
Lactic acid was free-radical polymerized with natural orange oil and a foam material was obtained with pore diameter about 10μm. Compared with neat poly(lactic acid), the glass transition temperature Tg decreased to 54.9~46.9 ℃, melt temperature Tm decreased, elongation at break increased to 240 %, tensile strength decreased to 3.36 MPa from 14.51 MPa, degree of crystallinity increased to 65 %. The obtained material showed a good biodegradable behavior.
