摘要 摘要:提出了基于锥形量热仪试验热烟毒数据和主成分分析方法的聚合物材料火灾危险性综合评价方法。应用主成分分析方法对16种塑料锥形量热仪试验数据计算出的燃烧特性指数进行了分析研究,得到判断聚合物材料火灾危险性大小的火灾危险性综合指数。在16种塑料中,火灾危险性最大的样品火灾危险性综合指数为1.056,火灾危险性最小的样品火灾危险性综合指数为-1.660,ABS、PS、PVC、PA4类样品的综合火灾危险性依次减小。 Principal component analysis based on the data of cone calorimeter was applied to assess fire risk of polymers. To improve the stability of the comprehensive evaluation result, variable modification for the original data of cone calorimeter was used. The comprehensive fire risk indexes were obtained from the data of 16 commercial plastics, ranged from - 1. 660 to 1. 056. The indexes of ABS, PS, PVC, and PA were in a decreasing order.
