摘要
采用固相法制备了掺杂Ca和Li的LaCrO3试样,并研究了其稳定性及热膨胀。结果表明,掺Li量为0.05 mol时会对LaCrO3低温相变处的热膨胀性能产生影响,变化幅度大于80%;掺Li量超过0.10mol时热膨胀系数及热膨胀率变大,但波动幅度减小,小于25%。无论是否添加Ca元素,掺Li量大于0.15mol都会使材料发生粉化失效现象。
Ca and Li-doped lanthanum chromites were prepared by solid phase method and its stability and thermal expansion were investigated. The results showed that Li-doped with 0.05 mol affected lanthanum chromites on thermal expansion character, and is variation extent was more than 80%. The coefficient of thermal expansion increased for Li content more than 0. 10 mol, but change extent became smaller and the value less than 25%. In addition, samples were pulverized spontaneously with Li content larger than 0. 15 mol, whether Ca was doped or not.
