Synthesis and Characterization of Nano-Sized Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.2)O_(1.9-δ) Powders via Atomization Co-Precipitation

摘要 以Ce(NO3)3.6H2O和Gd(NO3)3.6H2O为原料,NH4HCO3作沉淀剂,用雾化共沉淀法合成了Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9-δ纳米粉体。用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜和比表面测试仪等分析测试手段,对所合成粉体的晶形、形貌和粒度等进行了分析表征。结果表明:所合成粉体为立方萤石结构,颗粒呈近球形,尺寸较小,粒径大小均匀,一次粒径在15 nm左右,且分散性较好。 Using pure Ce (NO3)3· 6H2O and Gd (NO3)3· 6H2O as starting materials and NH4HCO3 solution as precipitant agent, nano-sized Ce0.5 Gd0.2O1.9-δ powder was synthesized via an atomization coprecipitation method . The prepared powders were characterized by DSC-TG, XRD, TEM and BET. Experimental results indicated that the powders were of cubic fluorite crystal structure, nearly spheric shape with a mean size of 15 nm, and of a good dispersibility.
