纯镁表面真空扩散渗铝层的组织和性能 被引量:2

Microstructure and Properties of Aluminized Layer on Pure Magnesium Treated by Vacuum Solid Diffusion

摘要 采用真空扩散渗铝的方法,在445℃对纯镁进行了表面合金化改性处理。采用金相显微镜、XRD、EDS和显微硬度测试等方法对渗层进行了组织结构和显微硬度分析。结果表明,经表面合金化处理,在纯镁表面获得了均匀致密的渗铝层,渗层中有大量的金属间化合物β-Mg17Al12生成,渗层与基体之间为冶金结合,材料表层的显微硬度有很大提高。 Surface modification treatment on pure magnesium was conducted at 445 ℃ by vacuum solid diffusion aluminizing. The microstructure and microhardness of the aluminized layer were investigated with optical microscope, XRD, EDS and microhardness test. The results show that an aluminized layer has formed on the surface of pure magnesium after surface modification treatment. The layer is uniform and dense and contains a large fraction of intermetallic compounds β- Mg17Al12. The bonding between the alloyed layer and the substrate is metallurgical ,and the microhardness of the surface layer is increased significantly.
