非均匀乳房组织中的超宽带微波探测系统仿真

摘要 介绍了一种基于半球模型的早期乳腺癌超宽带微波成像检测方案。收发分离的天线阵方案降低了超宽带成像对天线设计的苛刻要求。仿真考虑了乳房内部组织的不均匀给成像质量带来的影响,采用多视发射天线方案可缓解这一问题。由共焦成像算法给出的4毫米直径肿瘤的成像结果表明该方案对较复杂乳房模型的早期乳腺癌检测是可行的。 An ultra-wideband (UWB) microwave imaging scheme with separated transmitter and receiver was investigated by using finite difference time domain method (FDTD). Inhomogeneity of the breast tissue was taken into account in the breast model. The multi-look scheme was adopted to attenuate the deterioration of imaging quality arisen by the inhomogeneity of the breast tissue. Successful imaging results of a 4-mm-diameter spherical tumor by using the confocal imaging algorithm demonstrate the feasibility of the scheme in the detection of early breast cancer.
