摘要
利用光镜、显微硬度计研究了铬含量对低碳合金钢组织、硬度、冲击韧度及耐均匀腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:在退火态下随着铬含量的变化低碳高合金钢组织会发生变化,但淬火回火下保持为单一的板条马氏体组织。随着铬含量的升高,硬度变化幅度不明显;冲击韧性在退火态下先升高后降低,而在淬火回火态下一直升高。材料的均匀耐腐蚀性能随着铬含量的升高而提高。可以通过调整铬含量,实现硬度及韧性的良好配合以达到最佳的耐磨效果。
The influences of chromium content on the hardness, impact toughness and corrosion resistance of low carbon alloy steel were studied using OM and hardness tester. The results show that the structure of low carbon steel will change as the variate of chromium content after annealing, but will maintain a single-tempered lathing martensite after quenching and tempering. With chromium content increasing, hardness change little. Impact toughness increases first and then decreases after annealing. Toughness remains increasing after quenching and tempering.The corrosive resistance of the materials increases as chromium content increasing. The optimal mechanical properties can bt obtained by adjusting the content of chromium.
