摘要
利用液相包裹法制备了纳米Fe颗粒包裹Al_2O_3纳米复合粉体,研究了不同的煅烧和还原温度对复合粉体物相组成的影响,利用X-ray衍射(XRD)、热重/差式-量热扫描法(TG/DSC)、Zeta电位和扫描电镜(SEM)对复合粉体的成分、热学特性以及形貌特征进行了分析。结果表明:煅烧温度为500℃,保温30min,在氢气气氛中700℃还原1h可以得到Fe包裹Al_2O_3的纳米复合粉体;经SEM发现,包裹层的Fe颗粒呈球形,尺寸约为30nm,分布均匀。
The composite powder of Nano-Fe particles coated by Al2O3 were prepared by liquid-coating method. The influences of sintering and reducing temperature on the composite powder were studied. XRD, TG/DSC, Zeta potential and SEM were used to analyse the composition, the thermodynamic characteristics and the microstructure of the composite powder. The results show that Fe coated-Al2O3 nano-composite powder is obtained on the condition of the sintering at 500℃ for 30min and reducing at 700℃ for 1h in H2. The SEM photographs reveal that the coating Fe particles are in the shape of sphericity,whose diameter is about 30 nm,and the dispersion of the powder is uniform.
