摘要
通过在快速镍电刷镀液中加入少量稀土化合物,改善镀液的分散能力和深镀能力,提高镀层刷镀速度,从而增加镀层的硬度和耐磨性,改善镀层表面质量。同时,对扩散层的组织和性能进行了研究。
The dispersion and diffusion of the effective nickel plating solution were enhanced by adding a small amount of rare earth compound, the depositing rate, hardness, anti-wear and the surface quality of the coating were accordingly improved. The microstructure and the properties of nickel diffusion layer were also investigated.
