摘要
研究了固溶处理复合人工时效热处理对所设计的高锌镁合金力学性能的影响,并采用光镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析等研究手段对合金试样进行分析。结果表明,热处理后弥散析出的强化相!相(Al_2Mg_5Zn_2)和τ相Mg_(32)(Al,Zn)_(49)提高了高锌镁合金的力学性能,尤其是提高了屈服强度。
The influences of solid solution treatment accompanied by artificial aging heat treatment on mechanical properties of high Zn-Mg alloy were studied, and the treated alloy was investigated by optical microscope, SEM and XRD. The results show that, after heat treatment, dispersedly separated strengthening phase,which is Ф phase Al2Mg5Zn2 and τ phase Mg32(Al, Zn)49 ,improves mechanical properties of high Zn-Mg alloy, especially yield strength.
