摘要
根据TMP88PH40单片机中PMD模块的特点,提出了一种应用于无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制的程序设计方案.通过系统程序的状态流程图,重点分析了无位置传感器无刷直流电机启动、转子位置检测以及速度调制的实现过程.介绍了TMP88PH40单片机中PMD模块的关键部分——转子位置信号检测单元和定时器单元.该控制系统已经通过调试运行,实验结果证明了该控制系统可以有效地实现无位置传感器无刷直流电机启动,平稳运行并进行变频调速控制.
This paper introduces a design of the sensorless brushless DC motor control process based on the characteristics of the PMD( Programmable Motor Driver)of TMP88PH40 single chip. Analyses the process of start-up, position detection of rotor and speed control of the sensorless brushless DC motor. Introduces the pivotal parts of the PMD: position detection unit and timer unit. The debugging and running of the control system was passed, and the experiments testified that the system can achieve the start-up, smooth drive and variable-frequency control of the sensorless brushless DC motor.
