探讨住宅产业化进程中,住宅产业组织结构发展变化的规律,探索住宅产业为适应产业化发展要求,自身将发生的规模结构变化.指出住宅产业组织结构的发展目标,提出住宅产业自身分化、重组、联合、购并,并派生出新的产业主体的规律,阐明发展过程中的主要进程,为产业发展提供科学依据.

This paper discusses the development and change rules of housing industry＇ s organizational structure during the process of the housing industrialization, and explores the change of scale structure in housing industry in order to meet the developing demand for industrialization. Points out the aim of organizational structure of the housing industry, and proposes the rules of disassembly, recombination, union, purchase and combination, as well as deriving new industrial subject in housing industry. And clarifies the main process in the evolution, and offers scientific basis for industry development.
