对深圳市随机抽取了18个被评为体育先进社区的街道办事处,从其社区体育组织领导结构、管理者现况、社区体育组织、工作计划制定情况、社区体育资源管理等几个方面入手,分析影响因素和面临的机遇,探索深圳市城市社区体育管理的应然模式。为未来的城市社区体育管理趋势作理论性的指引,同时为城市社区体育管理者提供参考。

This article selects 18 sport- advanced- communities in ShenZhen and analyzes the organizing structure of leadership, managers , organizing sports activities, constituting plans of community sport, resource management of community sport. It brings forward suitable pattern of administration of community in Shenzhen by the way of analyzing influencing factors and combining with opportunities. It guides the developing trend of urban community sport and brings constructive proposals for managers.
