摘要
设计了流量仪聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)衬里组合注塑模具,介绍了模具动作原理、模具结构改进情况及注塑成型工艺。经生产实践验证,该模具改进后结构合理,符合PTFE注塑加工需要,注塑产品质量得到了用户的认可。
The injection mould for discharge instrument polytetrafluoroethylene （PTFE） lining combinations is designed, and the action principle, the molding tool structure to improve the circumstance and note the improvement, molding technology of the mould are presented. The practice verifies, that the improvement design is reasonable, matching the injection molding demand of PTFE, and the quality of injection molding product gets the approbation of customers.
