在对职业篮球俱乐部主教练职责陈述的基础上,对其对球队应有的贡献及贡献效率存在的差异进行了分析.并利用经济学原理———产出边界法,探讨我国职业篮球主教练的贡献评估方法,以补充和完善现有主教练的评估方法.

On the basis of stating professional basketball club coach＇s duties, the paper analyzed their contribution to the teams and the differences of the efficiency. And the contribution of Chinese professional basketball head coach was assessed by the economic principles——output border——in order to supplement and improve the existing methods of evaluating the head coaches.
