摘要 目的应用地理信息系统(GIS)技术制作云南省2004年疟疾流行分布密度图,了解云南省2004年各种疟疾流行状况分布。方法运用ArcView 3.3 GIS软件,结合云南省2004年疟疾疫情数据,创建疟疾分布密度图。结果得到云南省2004年疟疾流行状况分布密度图,并按疟疾流行状况分为4个片区,西部德宏、保山、怒江片区,西南部临沧、思茅、西双版纳片区,南部红河、文山、玉溪元江片区,东北部昭通片区。结论应用地理信息系统(GIS)技术制作疟疾分布密度图、疟疾死亡分布密度图、间日疟分布密度图、恶性疟分布密度图、未分型疟疾分布密度图,可准确、直观反映云南省疟疾流行动态。 Objective To make density map of malaria distribution by geographic information system(GIS) to understand malaria prevalence of Yunnan Province. Methods ArcWiew 3.3 software and the data of malaria epidemic situation of Yunnan Province in 2004 were used to make density map of malaria distribution, Results The density map of malaria distribution of Yunnan Province in 2004 was got and malaria prevalence areas was shown in the map: the 1^st stratification Nujiang, Baoshan, Dehong prefecture in the West; the 2^nd stratification Lincang, Xishuangbanna and Simao Prefecture in the Southwest; the 3^rd stratification Yuxi, Wenshan and Honghe Prefecture in the South; the 4^th stratification Zhaotong Prefecture in the Northeast. Conclusion By GIS to make density map of malaria distributes on the data of death cases, P. vivax cases, P. falciparum cases, unidentified malaria cases to get density map of malaria death, density map of P. vivax, density map of P. falciparum. These maps were contrarily superimposed to get density map of malaria distribution of Yunnan Province in 2004. The map accurately and visually shows malaria prevalence tendency but still exists problems in examine techniques.
