单次门诊行宫颈电圈切除对宫颈上皮内瘤变价值的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨单次门诊行宫颈电圈切除术(LEEP)对宫颈上皮内瘤变的价值。方法选择在门诊行阴道镜检查、经RCI诊断为上皮内瘤变的患者60例,行宫颈病变LEEP刀治疗,切下组织送病理学检查。结果一次门诊检查就完成诊断与治疗,治疗符合52例,过度治疗8例。术后3个月行阴道镜复查未发现异常。结论单次门诊行LEEP实现了一次门诊检查即可应用LEEP完成诊断与治疗,操作简便,费用低。
