摘要
利用热水浸提荞麦茎叶，用大孔吸附树脂分离制备芦丁的新工艺，制得的芦丁纯度达９５％以上，提取率达８５％以上。采用本方法分离制备芦丁，具有工艺流程简单、安全、试剂无毒、成本低廉的特点。对于充分开发利用荞麦资源有一定意义。
A new processing for isolation and preparation of rutin in buckwheat leaves was presented. In this study heat water was used as extracting agent and the isolation and purification were carried out by using macroreticular resin. By means of this processing the purity of the rutin product reached above 95% and the extraction rate was above 85%. The method was simple and safe, and its expense was low. This method is significant for exploiting the resource of rutin and preparing the rutin product.
