摘要
以甘蓝型油菜隐性胞核雄性不育系117A同一株系原种为材料进行不育率鉴定的结果:条播不匀苗、行长为2m、播种量为1.0~1.5g的鉴定技术,准确率可达95%以上,既节约用种,又准确可靠;同苗床大苗比小苗的不育率要低7.9%左右,这一结果解决了大面积两系制种的一个重要的制种技术问题,即育苗移栽时不能只栽大苗弃小苗,否则。
An experiment was carried out to identify the sterile rate of GMS 117A. The results showed that identification accuracy rate was up to 95% by the new technique including a seeding rate of 1.0~1.5 g per 2m of row length and drilling without thinning seedlings. Compared with the old technique including the both big and small seedings in the nursery should be transplanted into the field because the sterile rate of big seedings are lower 7.9% than that of small seedings from the same nursery, the new technique can save the work load of thinning out the fertile plants and improve the hybrid yield in large scale production.
