我国在推广工程项目融资过程中出现了诸多问题。文章着重对法律法规体系的建立、金融市场的发展、项目的审批管理和风险管理工作的水平等方面所存在的项目融资风险管理问题进行了分析,提出了解决问题的对策及促进我国项目融资风险管理发展的建议。

There are some problems encountered during spreading project financing in our country. This article reviews the risk management of project financing, analyzes the problems on the foundation of law system, the development of money market, the management of project examining and approving, and the work level of risk management.
