在广州市黄埔大道隧道施工中由于积极认真地组织和落实ISO9001:2000质量保证体系,严格按照程序要求运行;适时采用新技术、新工艺、新结构、新材料;建立QC小组对关键工序和特殊工序推行全过程质量控制;确保了黄埔大道隧道的顺利建成通车,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
During the construction of the Huangpu road tunnel, the total quality management, the quality assurance system standards-ISO9001：2000 were implemented in accordance with the requirements of the procedure of the quality management system. New technology, advanced techniques, structures and construction materials were used in the works. Quality Control Groups （QC） were organized and established to make a better control to the key working procedures and the special processes, thus ensuring the successful completion and opening to traffic of the Huangpu road tunnel, obtaining an excellent economic benefits and social benefits.
